This is a 4-season service that includes appropriate pruning to shrubs and small trees, earth-friendly and organic care of flower gardens & vegetable gardens, as well as assistance with arborists, irrigation and lawn mowing companies.
Landscape Installation
By overseeing the maintenance of your newly installed plantings by ACDA, we can ensure the best results for your investment. Professional property management of estate gardens and residential home gardens is part of Alice Cooke Design Associates commitment to service. Managing the care of your new plantings for at least a year after initial installation is our only way to assure their quality and health. During the growing season we provide seasonal pruning and perennial garden clean up and maintenance, fertilizing, and garden renovations. We also monitor the health of the balance of your property with an eye to tree health, appropriate water needs and nutrients.

Guarantees
It is our policy to guarantee our planting of shrubs and trees only if they will be automatically irrigated, since consistent care is essential to their success. We will replace (free of charge) shrubs and trees that are not healthy when delivered.
